Each of our workshops are hosted at our Homeschool Resource Center, located at 2499 Palm St, STE 400, Canton, GA 30115

Registration is required, but is only $12/person. Volunteer credits may be applied for these events.

  • Got Peace?

    Sunday, NOV 3: 3:30-5PM

    What you need for peaceful homeschooling is found in one chapter of the Bible. In this encouraging talk, Jennifer shares timeless lessons from chapter four of Philippians.  

    Come learn how she practiced the principles from this rich chapter to combat the stressors of being a homeschool mom. She’s been where you are and wants you to move from burdened to peacefulness.  

  • How To Prepare For and Get My Kids Into College

    Tuesday, NOV 19: 6:30-8pm

    Are you worried about getting your student into college? Do you need to know what you should prepare for and plan on to get your kid accepted at the school of their choice? This seminar will equip you with a plan and the information you need in order to find the right college fit and be ready for application time!  Ideally for those in 9th-12th grade. 

    We will cover: Career guidance, nontraditional paths, researching colleges, preparing for the college application process College Application Process:  college visits, finding the right fit, scholarships, and how to prepare and complete college applications.

  • ONLINE: Dual Enrollment & Homeschooling w/ TandemEDU

    “TRANSCRIPTS, CREDITS, GRADES, OH MY!” Middle and high school parents will walk away from this 1-hour workshop feeling empowered to confidently navigate the high school “Yellow Brick Road” to graduation.

    During middle school and beyond, parents start asking, “How in the world do we home school high school?” Through this nuts-and-bolts class, parents will learn how to prepare a transcript, keep and record grades, calculate a GPA and award credits. You’ll be equipped with everything you need to know to home school through high school. If you have a middle or high school student and you’re considering home education through high school, you should definitely attend this workshop! You’ll walk away knowing you CAN do it!
