2.    Unauthorized copying, reproduction, republishing, uploading, downloading, posting, transmitting or duplicating any of the material is prohibited. You may download or copy any downloadable materials displayed on the Online Community for home, non-commercial and personal use only; provided, however, that you maintain all copyright, trademark and other notices contained in such material and you agree to abide by all additional copyright notices or restrictions contained in any material accessed through the Online Community.

Any violation of this nature will result in an immediate revocation of membership and NO REFUNDS will be issued.

4.    UNITE HS is not responsible for screening communications or member behaviors, online or otherwise, in advance and will not constantly monitor the use of the Online Community. For this reason, it is essential that the member users of the Online Community report any abuses or misuse of the Online Community to UNITE HS. If the UNITE HS board of directors determines that a user's participation in the Online Community creates a liability for UNITE HS or that the user has violated the policies set forth herein, the UNITE HS board of directors reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to take actions against the user. The UNITE HS reserves the right to expel a user and deny a user further access to the Online Community if such user violates these policies or any applicable laws or regulations. No refunds or credits will be issued to members in violation of UNITE HS policies.
