How it the Field Trip Program works:

  1. Our Field Trip Admin will be in contact with the venue you have requested. She will set a date/time/program based on your request details.

  2. After confirming pricing, taxes & fees our Field Trip Admin will create the signup genius for participants to sign up & submit payment. (This payment is based on: cost per/person + taxes & fees we will incur for CC processing as well as any CC fees for submitting payment to the venue.)

  3. Upon confirmation with the venue we will send you field trip confirmation details and an invoice for your total number of family members reflecting your discounted price.

  4. Please make payment to the Quickbooks invoice - NOT the signup roster. (Your name will simply be added to the signup, so participants know who to look for.)

  5. Approximately 24-hours before the field trip, you will receive an email which includes the list of participants coming to the field trip.

  6. Arrive early, manage check in & have FUN!

  7. If someone has an issue or problem during the field trip you MUST report it to the executive director ASAP. Email the ED.

As a field trip host you are expected to:

  • Arrive EARLY wearing a Unite Homeschool T-shirt & with the miniature Unite Field Trip Flag (we’ll send the flag when you order your shirt. - the code for a discount shirt is provided when you submit your field trip request.

  • Confirm each family upon arrival and get the group checked into the venue.
